The Owners of Serval Tours and Safaris
IServal Tours and Safaris was established by a Motswanan couple Vasco and Atlang Mosarwe.
Vasco completed his Cambridge Certificate and has done an introduction to computers. He trained as a professional guide and got his license with rifle handling at the Botswana Wildlife Training Institute. In addition he has a diploma in human resources. He had many years of experience working for Okavango Wilderness Safaris in different lodges before becoming a freelance guide. Vasco's main duties were guiding and camp management.
Atlang also completed her Cambridge Certificate and then went to Speciss College in Zimbabwe to do a diploma in Accounting, including a course in computers, Pastel and training programmes. Atlang's main duties were guest relations, stock control, staff training, bookeeping and other administrative duties.
Together as a couple they worked as a management team for A&K in a number of their lodges but were predominantly based at Chiefs & Stanleys Camp, Belmond Safari Lodge, Great Plains and Machaba Camp.
Looking to expand their horizons they recently purchased the license and equipment for a mobile safari company and launched Serval Tours and Safaris.
