Day 1 - Arrange to arrive into Maun on the midday flight from Johannesburg and the team will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your Maun accommodation.  In the afternoon a helicopter flight over the Delta can be arranged (an additional USD 710 for a 45 minute flight for 3 people), or a trip to Maun's Game Sanctuary for a walk amongst animals that are not dangerous, or just browse around the curio shops and cafes of Maun. 

Day 2 - The team will collect you from your Maun accommodation at 5.30am and drive you to Moremi National Park to the Khwai campsites.  It will be a 5 hour drive and there will be a stop en route for refreshments and a light breakfast.  The professional ranger will point out animals, birds and give you interesting facts during your drive.  On arrival at the campsite the team will set up camp and then serve you lunch as you rest in the shade.  In the afternoon once it is a bit cooler you will go on a game drive with your professional guide to explore the wonderful sights of the Delta.  In the evening watch the magnificent sunset followed by story telling around the campfire accompanied by a delicious meal.

Day 3 - The delicious smell of coffee at 5.30am will awaken you and the morning mokoro canoe trip will start around 6 - 6.30am after a light breakfast as the sun is rising.  On return to camp lunch will be served followed by an afternoon siesta in the shade to recover from an early start and to get prepared for the afternoon game drive or if you prefer bush walk.  Evening dinner and campfire will bring your day to a close.

Day 4 - Pack up camp at 5.30am and after a light breakfast take a game drive to the campsite in Savuti.  After a 5 hour drive the team will provide lunch and set up camp whilst you relax in the shade.  A game drive in the  afternoon exploring the new sights and sounds of a different environment followed by dinner around the campfire.

Day 5 - Pack up camp at 5.30am and after a light breakfast take a game drive to the campsite near the Chobe River in the Chobe National Park.  After a 4 hour game drive the team will provide lunch and set up camp whilst you relax in the shade.  A sunset boat safari on the Chobe River in the afternoon followed by dinner around the campfire.

Day 6 - Morning and afternoon game drive exploring the bush, waterholes and pans in the Chobe National Park and experiencing wonderful moments with the wildlife in the area that you will remember forever.  Enjoy refreshments in the bush and take the opportunity to spend time developing your knowledge by having in depth conversations with your knowledgeable guide.

Day 7 - An enjoyable fishing trip on the Chobe River in the early morning whilst the team pack up camp and then depart at 9.30am for Nata.  Set up camp at the Nata Bird Sanctuary and explore the Sua Pans in the afternoon seeing the wonderful array of different birds in the area.  In May the Greater Flamingos sometimes head to the area to breed and this is a wonderful sight to behold.

Day 8 - Pack up camp at 5.30am and after a light breakfast be transferred by minibus to Saleda Lodge in the Tuli Block on the banks of the Limpopo River and in the Limpopo Lipadi Private Game and Wilderness Reserve.  Arrive at lunchtime and enjoy lunch on the deck overlooking the river.  Enjoy a massage at Saleda spa in the afternoon or lie in the sun around the pool and read a book.  Enjoy sundowners at a waterhole with a hide.  Dine under the stars on the deck at the lodge before retiring to your luxury bedroom.

Day 9 - Enjoy a day on Limpopo Lipadi Private Game and Wilderness Reserve finding out about conservation programmes, animal breeding programmes and enjoying drinks at the pool bar at the lodge.  Relax after the busy safari schedule in the hot tub before dinner or in one of the quiet spots around the lodge each with a wonderful view and listen to the birds, soaking in the serenity.

Day 10 - Pack up after a leisurely breakfast and be transferred to Johannesburg airport (6 hour drive) to catch your international flight home or extend your trip by an additional day if you would like to relax at Saleda Lodge for an additional day. Include a day trip to Victoria Falls from Kasane for an additional day before coming down to Nata is another option.  Discuss your wish list with our helpful team who will make all the necessary arrangements on your behalf.

Rates - BWP 3000 per person per day for a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 6 people.  Bookings for 1 person will be charged at BWP 9000 per day and for 2 people BWP 4500 per person per day
